Message	well, I know it seems like all I ever post are stupid race stories but this one was unintentional. I didnt want to race anyone this weekend but I was lured in. Ok one of my friends wanted a ride in the TT and I was going to take him around the block and let him feel the boost. So I pull up to this red light and there is a C4 corvette chillin at the light. I didnt want to race him and my friend kept telling me to race him, then he revved up his shit. I couldnt pass up a good domestic whomping. So I thought me at Stage II I will work this Corvette. So we take off. I got a shitty start but I think he didnt get a good one either. We were neck and neck all through first. It was the closest race I have ever been in. I was ahead by a foot or two and when I shifted into 4th, he caught back up. Then we hit 110 and he backed off. I slowed down and waited for him at the next stop sign and he pulled up and said, " That thing runs great, what have you done to her?" I told him I put a new ECU in it and an intake. I was like what did you do to that? He said "Nothing" and I was like what?!??!?! He then said "Nothing, its a stock LT4!" Not too shabby. I have never ran into a LT4 Corvette before but I guess the engine is bad ass. I have some dyno runs of that car and a new LS1 corvette. I was suprised to see that the LT4 edged out the LS1 by like 10-15 HP!! I guess it wasnt a bad run in for the TT. Hes lucky I didnt have my exhaust and mid-pipes though...:) Sorry for this long ass story but I just couldnt help it Zya guyZ Chris Jameson ChrisJ03ZX@aol.com
